The Challenge
World of Workflows was built to simplify task management and automation, helping organisations create customised workflows through a flexible digital platform.
The functionality was powerful. The experience wasn't.
As the platform evolved, its visual identity and user experience had become inconsistent, making the product feel dated and more complex than it needed to be. Navigation lacked clarity, workflows felt fragmented and the overall experience no longer reflected the sophistication of the underlying technology.
The challenge was not simply to modernise the interface. It was to create a product experience that would improve usability, strengthen customer confidence and position the platform for future growth.

The Approach
We began by taking a step back and looking beyond the interface itself.
Through stakeholder workshops, platform audits and competitor analysis, we identified opportunities to improve both the user experience and the visual identity of the platform.
Our focus was on creating a product experience that felt intuitive, professional and consistent across every interaction.
