Pounce Agency provides creative, branding, digital strategy, and marketing services. The specific scope and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

All creative work, designs, and materials produced by Pounce Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion

  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

  • Ensure they have the rights to any materials provided to us for use in projects

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pounce Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as outlined in the project proposal. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
